Repair Terms and Conditions

Vehicles dropped with us must be paid in full prior to delivery. 

Customers who have multiple vehicles with us at a time: Vehicles will be delivered without payment until the last unit we have in our possession. Once we reach the last unit, payment in full will be due. The last vehicle will be held as collateral.

While there is initially no deadline required for payment, we expect that payment is made within a reasonable amount of time after completion is reported. We understand that sometimes time is needed. 

We are flexible; however, vehicles left for an extended amount of time after reported completed and ready for delivery, are subject to storage charges starting at $10 per day. 

Vehicles left for 15 days or more without clear communication will be charged $10 per day for the first 3 days and $29 per day thereafter. 

Clear communication will help to avoid storage charges, so please communicate.
